The Considerations for Special Education Program Change Protocol was developed by the Wayland-Cohocton Central School District's Special Education Advisory Committee, un-der the leadership of Dr. Wolcott and in collaboration with Genesee Valley BOCES' Office of School Improvement. It was designed to lead educators through questions and activities in order to make sound recommendations for students with disabilities possibly in need of a more restrictive program and/or ready for a less restrictive program.
